We work on novel and efficient visualization and interaction techniques for integrating protein-protein interaction networks, canonical signaling pathway models and quantitative proteomic data. This integration enables proteomic researchers to understand how their experimental data fits into the context of known data in their field and accelerates the process of generating testable hypotheses.
